Started in 2014, Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls has become a world-wide franchise over the past decade. Our lobster rolls, sourced straight from the waters of Maine, have brought a part of Maine cuisine to people across the East Coast and even overseas. Using simple but effective lobster recipes combined with fresh seafood, we’ve created a menu that covers all of your cravings.
The founder, Dan Beck, has been a lobster aficionado for more than 20 years. He worked as a seafood buyer in the restaurant business and got to know Maine lobstermen during his frequent visits. He decided the best way to learn and respect their traditions was to apply them to a restaurant and spread their values across the world. He started the business as an homage to the lobstermen fishing world and we continue that tradition today in Falls Church.
We get our lobsters straight from the expert fishermen in Maine. Our partners ensure that every catch respects the ocean and uses environmentally-friendly methods that keep our marine life thriving.
